I'm reposting this review, because I was asked to remove it by Pave Right who came to look at the issue they caused and promised to have someone back in a week when Jonny was back of holiday to fix it. That was over a month ago now and we've heard nothing. All phone numbers are giving the same message that it cannot accept calls (I think they all go to the same number anyway). This is potentially causing irreparable damage to our garden room and definitely will if its not rectified soon. =============================== Original Review We were happy with our patio when it was first done, but since then have noticed there are a few paving tiles sounding loose, and the work they have done has meant a lake forming under our garden office which cannot be drained due to gaps left in the paving. This is potentially causing unseen damage to our garden office. I've tried multiple times to call and text but it would appear they have changed their mobile number since then. Could this be to avoid calls based on their apparent 5 year guarantee? I've also emailed multiple times requesting a call, but have heard nothing since. We would have liked to get the guys back to do the paving around our house and driveway next year, but as they won't even get in touch to look at this issue I'm not sure how we can do that. The guys responsded promptly when storm damage left us an opportunity to get the front of the property laid to block paving. They were able to complete a quite sizeable job in 3 working days, despite supply issues due to the pandemic and absolutely disgusting weather. They give you a quote and stick to it, while doing all they can to make the customer happy (including some ivy removal and fence repairs). They're tidy, punctual and friendly, they backup their trade reputation and I recommend them completely. Services: Paving-related drainage, Concrete work, Hardscaping, Road materials recycling

Thank you to Jimmy, Davy and they're team. They listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to colour match the blocks that were already laid on part of our existing driveway. We are very happy with the finish, which has been done to an extremely high standard. The pavers put in long hours and tidied up after the work was done. The quality of their work was fantastic and they could not do enough for you! They even supplied decorative stone to tidy up our rear garden patio borders, free of charge. 10/10 - Genuinely lovely local guys. Would highly recommend. Wow, wow, wow. This company are brilliant. A really good price, very efficient and friendly service. Look after their workers well and those workers work hard and do an amazing job. Always keep you informed on timings, what they are doing etc and the end product is amazing. I had a new patio, turf, brick walls, patio washing etc done. Jimmy and his team helped to transform that picture in my head into reality. They gave some great ideas and suggestions which really helped cement it in place (pun intended). They always were checking that I was happy with what they were doing and making sure it was exactly what I wanted. The workers were very conscientious of my property and tidied away every evening. They even worked in the wet and dark so that they could finish on time. The company also were very mindful of my neighbours. I cannot fault them and would recommend them highly. Service: Hardscaping
