Arrived safely at the other end to my brother’s house in exceptionally rapid time in south Wales. Communication throughout was excellent too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We have just bought a second hand Welmar piano from Paul's Pianos as our little boy has started lessons. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough if you are looking to buy a quality instrument. He went above and beyond and made the whole process a pleasure from choosing the piano through to delivery to our home. Paul is a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble. He provided 1:1 time in demonstrating his stock of wonderful pianos (marked at varying prices to suit all budgets) and shared his vast expertise to help us make an informed choice. Paul is clearly passionate about his work and his attention to detail is incredible as he invested his skills in ensuring the chosen piano was in excellent working condition and highly polished before delivery. The piano sounds and looks beautiful in our home and we can't thank Paul enough.

What a genuine lovely man. He moved a piano for us from Caerleon to Bridgend, with speed and efficiency at a very reasonable price and nothing was too much trouble. It was not an easy job but he made it look easy. We were so impressed we invited him back to tune the piano and another one at our house. Both pianos are now beatifully tuned. My Bentley piano hadn't been tuned for 30 years and sounds wonderful. Look no further Paul is worth his weight in gold.

Paul came highly recommended by friends of ours, who had used his company to move their piano. Paul and his colleague moved our grandparents piano, which is around (100 years old) from Pontllanfraith to Newport. We live in a terraced house with a narrow hallway. Although the move was extremely tricky and proved to be quite challenging, Paul handled it with patience and expertise. He was determined to get the piano into our desired location in the house and did everything he could to make it happen. We cannot thank him enough for taking such great care of our piano move. He shows that he has a high level of knowledge and experience. If you are considering a piano move, repairs or tuning...look no further.
