Pauline has been instrumental in helping me balance a very stressful job and introducing me to the benefits of reiki and sound healing. I enjoy the sessions and I'm staggered at the start of every treatment that Pauline tolerates my random downloads of the previous month. The sound healing is really something else and I highly recommend it for all. Even the most hardened cynic will be amazed. Reiki with Pauline has just been such a lovely addition to my life! In such a hectic world, juggling so many different things and also running a business, it's so nice to take an hour just for me. To relax, to receive, to feel that TLC and good energy! Since receiving reiki from Pauline and completing her Level 1 course, I've felt calmer, more present, less anxious/stressed and more focused in my work. Could not recommend her enough, especially if you often find yourself in that 'go, go, go' mentality and struggling to switch off.

I contacted Pauline about her Reiki teaching course, which I will start in October. She suggested that I try some sessions myself, as I knew nothing about it. I had recently lost my little dog, my faithful companion for more than 16 years, and was experiencing immense grief and a feeling of aimlessness. I cannot praise Pauline's work highly enough. She is kind, patient, wise, compassionate. The sessions have had an amazing effect on me, and I feel more grounded and alive than for many years. All kinds of previous pain, emotional and physical, have surfaced and these have not been easy to deal with, but Pauline's calm approach has helped me come to terms with them and work towards self-acceptance and self care. Her studio is lovely: warm and welcoming but professional. I would highly recommend Pauline and look forward to training with her in future.
