I would like to share my experience of an amazing session I had with Pauline. I booked in for a pamper package which included a full body massage followed by an angelic reiki session. It was my first experience of angelic reiki and Pauline made me feel at ease immediately, was extremely welcoming and open, fully explaining the therapy before we started and answering any questions. I was really pleasantly surprised by the beautiful space she has created. Her treatment room is far nicer than a lot of spa/therapy centres I have been to! Pauline really does have healing hands, she moves intuitively through the body and always knows where to find tension in the body. I have received a few massages from Pauline and have always been extremely impressed, leaving the session feeling lighter, less tense and much more relaxed. But the combo of the two sessions together is pure bliss! It’s like an MOT for the body and soul. I was so relaxed after I think I probably floated all the way home and for the rest of the week I felt much more able to cope with what life threw at me. I can’t recommend Pauline enough, if you’re thinking about it - do it! Treat yourself, you won’t regret it, in fact you’ll thank me (but mostly Pauline!) later x

If you are looking for something more than just a massage, you should seek out Pauline's sanctuary. Because of her background in energy healing and yoga she not just offers you a great massage but also tunes into your energy and works on blockages in the body that you might not even aware of yet. Everytime I visit her I feel so calm and relaxed, I cannot reccomend her enough!

Pauline is a truly magical human who has natural healing qualities! She offers the most amazing reiki and massage experience where she really looks after you and makes you feel so special. She is an expert in her field and really understands emotions and what is required to help and centre you. She is an honest, kind and non-judgemental person.
