I moved into my new build house less than a year ago. Since then I have had to have some of my kitchen cupboard doors replaced 3 times due to warping and blistering. They have now started to blister again even though I have my extractor fan on full every time I cook. They look so awful and I am so disappointed after I have saved so hard to buy my first home. This is a shared ownership home and I don't feel they care just fit it with a less than standard kitchen

We recently moved to a new house which is lovely. Once unpacked we decided we needed extra cupboards and a breakfast bar. Therefore called Paula Rosa office and received an amazing response from Karen who designed the extra work top and cupboards. She sent us a 3d plan allowing us to see exactly what we were getting. The items were delivered safely. Our private kitchen fitters did an amazing job of fitting it. We found customer service excellent. Everything arrived on time. Great job completed, no problem. We would recommend Paula Rosa to our friends. Thank you all Paula Rosa staff.

Terrible and very rude customer service. We bought dishwasher door, which after few weeks of using started to stratify. The lady from the customer service rudely provided us that this is our fault, because their products are very high quality. Well apparently not, and apparently the dishwasher doors are not adapted for the dishwasher, as they couldn’t handle the steam…At the end of the conversation the “company” offered us a small discount if we ll order new doors, well they actually quite expensive, so no thanks! Definitely price isn’t equal quality in this case. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this compay for anyone.
