Paula provided me with a reflexology treatment shortly after I was in a car accident. My injuries from the accident included a broken wrist, muscle damage to my shoulder and bruising/swelling on both sides of the body. Although the hospital prescribed me strong anti-inflammatories and pain medication, I felt that the reflexology treatment which Paula gave me was the only thing that enabled me to feel like I could move again. Almost immediately after the treatment I felt that the swelling in my arm went down and I was able to move my joints and feel much more mobile. The reflexology really helped me to relax and I was so thankful that Paula was able to provide me with treatments during such a difficult time.
