  I have had a MMO and very pleased with the results. Paul has been amazing. Very professional. I am 24 days PO and have had no issues at all. I had my surgery at St Joseph’s hospital and the staff were lovely. My aftercare has been very good and I would recommend Paul Wilson to anybody considering surgery.   From the initial consultation I felt at ease and comfortable to entrust my surgery with Paul. He was open, honest and took the time to explain everything in great detail answering any questions, doubts & fears that I had. I had my surgery (arm lift, breast uplift & tummy tuck) at St Joseph’s Hospital, the level of care from both Paul & the staff at the hospital far exceeded my expectations, it was exceptional. At just over 6 weeks post op I am thrilled with the results at this stage, the scars have healed very well, far better than I expected at this stage. Through every step of the process from initial consultation to surgery and most importantly aftercare Paul has been friendly & reassuring which has helped put my fears & anxiety to rest. The whole experience with Paul, St Joseph’s hospital and Karen his PA has been phenomenal. I can’t thank them enough & would highly recommend.

  Cannot recommend Paul Wilson enough! He was recommended by a family member who had first hand experience and was more than happy with him and his teams service. He took good care of me and made me feel very comfortable relaxed and confident from day one. The results of my surgery are amazing and have exceeded my expectations. Paul's years of experience as a cosmetic surgeon means you are truly in safe hands if considering a procedure he is definitely the one!   I recently had a rhinoplasty and gynecomastia vaser liposuction with renuvion on my chest with Paul. From start to finish everything has been really easy. His assistant Karen very friendly, quick to respond to all emails and very helpful with logistics. Paul was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the first time we met. It seemed like we were very much on the same page when taking about what I want to achieve. I would also highly recommend anyone thinking of going with Paul to go to Wood Medispa for their treatment. The hospital was beautiful, staff there couldn’t have been more attentive and the food menu is also great. All of this made me feel much less nervous on the day. I am only 7 weeks post op so still have some swelling but so far the results keep getting better and better, I love what I’m seeing and my confidence has grown dramatically. Big thanks to Paul, Karen and Wood Medispa for making the whole experience so good.

  Thank you Mr Paul Wilson ! Fantastic service throughout. I most definitely found a surgeon who listened to what I wanted and achieved amazing results. You have most definitely given me more confidence and a smile back after hating my stomach for so many years. During the video consultation and in person everything was explained and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding at St Joseph’s. Plenty of aftercare appointments when I needed them and nothing was too much trouble. The results 7 months on are great and will continue to get better. Cannot wait to show off my new flat stomach. Definitely will return for any other procedures and thoroughly recommend Mr Wilson. Have already passed on your information to some friends. Just wish I’d done this years ago. It truely has changed my life.

  Had surgery some 5 months ago with dr wilson after a big weightloss... full tummy tuck and lipo very pleased with outcome much better than it was before... Paul was very helpful and understanding very nice surgeon and team highly recommended 👌

  I (luckily!) didn't have a treatment here, so this is purely based on their appalling admin team. After my video consultation with Mr Wilson, I thought all was on the right track UNTIL I dared to ask for their t&cs. Mind you, this was meant to be a surgical procedure with a high cost, so I thought it's only normal to read through the 'fine print' of what is and isn't included. They have given me such a hard time over this, not responding for weeks and then eventually turning it all against me and making it sounds like I'm absolutely crazy for ever asking about the t&cs. They have essentially 'dismissed' me saying I'm not the right patient for them. Mr Wilson and team, you are right, I'm NOT the patient for you! I'm now booked with an excellent surgeon who sent me his t&cs without asking and his admin team is super lovely and helpful. AVOID at all costs, they'll just belittle you and make you feel like a silly little girl. Pretty nasty experience. EDIT: Forgot to add that they ask you to send private photos via EMAIL of all things, which their IT team all have access to! I had to suggest a coding app to send my photos with.

  I had a breast augmentation 7 weeks ago preformed by Dr Paul Wilson and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Paul made me feel at ease at every appointment and was very informative about the procedure and possible complications from the first appointment. Paul used 3D imaging to show what I would look like with certain sized implants and emailed them to me which was very helpful in the decision of the size implant i chose. Aftercare was amazing I have seen him 3 times since surgery, day after the op, 1 week later and 6 weeks later and have scheduled appointment for 6 months. Very happy with Paul and Karen (Paul’s secretary). Couldn’t thank pail and his team enough Defiantly recommend.

  I underwent facial Surgeries in April 2017 with Paul and as a result have been left with facial palsy, disfigurement and looking far worse than before the operations. Paul was unable to offer revisions as promised before surgery as he said he didn’t know why it had all gone so wrong and felt he couldn’t put it all right quoting outcomes aren’t guaranteed. After a lengthy battle with him and The Spire at Bristol, The Complaints Team in Manchester arranged another surgeon at a different Spire Hospital to take it on. Paul offered his fees back after a year of my trauma and I have since undergone two extensive operations consisting of many nights in hospital to correct Paul’s mistakes and poor outcomes. Some of this is irreversible and I’m damaged, scarred and paralysed in parts of my face for life because of poor surgery. The Spire group are covering costs that far exceed the initial ones of £12,500. I suffered physically and psychologically as a direct result and am still undergoing corrections. I found Paul to be a charming and kind gentleman but I could never recommend him for surgeries, especially not any related to face or neck as his skills, experience with these and expertise are seriously lacking as are his abilities to perform corrections as he promises prior to surgery. I’d suggest checking other patients accounts of these procedures performed by Paul and checking revision and complaint statistics at official level and not going by what you are told by Paul or his secretary and team. I was told he performs these every week. The evidence since with what happened to me and looking at reviews would indicate otherwise. I should have followed my instincts and not gone on that day. This has not only caused disfigurement and paralysis and palsy due to his mistakes and poor operating decisions but also caused me to have a breakdown. No support was offered at all. It took a year and a half pleading with Paul and battling with Bristol Spire Matron before their Manchester Lead Complaints Team stepped in and acknowledged it all thereafter are dealing with it. (Now at a different hospital with a highly skilled surgeon able to deal with such complex complications and surgeries) I don’t wish to cause Paul upset but it has to be understood that all of this is a true and honest account and I’m feeling strong enough now to alert others of this and my suffering. This is a very brief account of a very complex journey.

  Great care given but very disappointing final result - spent a lot of money and still paying. Was told 'there's no guarantees' on final visit. Will be saving up to have corrected in the future but it won't be at Spire!
