I'd like to place on record my family's great appreciation for my wife's funeral arrangements that were overseen by Paul, Helen and Heidi. Helen took control of some bureaucratic difficulties with the coroner and saved me the hassle of dealing with them at a difficult time. At the same time she kept me fully informed about what was happening. Every detail of the funeral was discussed, agreed and implemented flawlessly, including rental of video equipment and arranging a livestream. Heidi attended the service with that rare combination of friendliness and dignity. Paul, Helen and Heidi delivered compassion and precision from the moment we first contacted them until the end of the day. For obvious reasons I'm in no hurry to use a funeral service again but when I do need to do so, my first call will be to Paul Williams Funerals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Paul Williams Independent Funeral Directors from all our Family and friends for taking such love and care and showing such professionalism as a company at this sad time for us as a Family . Nothing was too much trouble. This is the best Funeral Directors I have ever come across. They truly make memorable what is regarded as a very sad day... Several guests at the funeral commented on how lovely everything was and how smooth everything went and asked " Who did the Funeral" it was lovely ! Thanks Kim for taking care of Mum, Thanks Helen for being patient with me whilst I altered the Order of Service, Thanks Steve Roberts for the lovely Service at the Crematorium, Thanks to the drivers and to all those who work behind the scenes. A very Special Thanks goes to our Thomas for looking after his Grandma right til the very end, Without her you wouldn't have been brought into the world so thank you so much for looking after her so well and guiding her out of the world to a restful place.. Paul and his team were amazing from the moment I initially spoke with them. My son was sadly stillborn couple of years ago and Paul and his team took any worries I had with regards to him being looked after, from collecting him from the hospital to helping me lay him to rest, every single request I had, no matter how much it would take to meet, they made sure it was met and with such grace. I didn’t get to do much for my son but instructing Paul and his team as our funeral directors is something that still makes me feel proud, I don’t feel any where else could meet the quality that is achieved here. Deagan’s stay and the day of his funeral were just perfect and I have them to thank for beautiful memories of the most heartbreaking time. I couldnt be more grateful for their services
