Just finished 8 week UWCB course here and totally agree with previous posts. Paul promotes a straight talking, respectful, friendly gym. No egos, lots of support from more experienced fighters and trainers, very welcoming, been an absolute pleasure. Brutal training, you'll never be fitter and great for your mental health...you'll be 100% absorbed by the training and won't have the capacity to think about anything else whilst doing the classes!
