I have been using paul white for probably around 10 years now maybe. It's a 40 minute journey from me. Staff are great. Always cheery and smiling and having a laugh. 90% of the time that I go I can find most things that I'm looking for. Great for cards, balloons, toys, candles and so much more. If I had the money I could literally spend a fortune! Never had a problem obtaining helium even if there is a shortage sometimes. They also offer balloon courses at the nottingham or Leeds branches. I have done a couple. Plus they have open days where a balloon artist from amscan or qualatex etc will be there all day showing you new designs.

I went to Paul White Ltd today and I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. It’s fair to say that the staff were so rude and the assistant manager and the young boy that was with him, just decided to laugh in my face about the situation. We have been going for over 5 years and they have lost our custom. I honestly (hand on heart) would never ever recommend this place to anyone!
