The most unprofessional agent, I would suggest all vendors/buyers avoid this agent at all costs because you would have lots of regrets in going ahead with them. They have houses listed in the last 24 hours, when you call for a booking within the 1 hour its been listed they tell you “its all booked and house is sold” how can the house be sold if all viewings are not accepted and calls are made within 1 hour of listing. It turns out that this agency specifically takes money in their pocket, and gives it to people who pay them £1000-2000 secretly, 2people I know personally have admitted that they have offered agents who show around the house money and they have accepted yet they deny this. I have written to the relevant departments such as the council etc, to have this branch throughly investigated. Watch out for Steve and Paul the manager. This agent needs to be avoided at all costs. So many more professional branches elsewhere in Cheshunt who don’t pick and choose who they sell to. All agents should be professional and no one should discriminate agaisnt names of buyers. Very bad experience with these people, will never be dealing with them again. Any house listed under Paul Wallace is a big no no for us. Vendors need to be aware - you may not know what they are doing but this agency is a RED FLAG. Its a shame for the honest sellers who go ahead with paul wallace because they could be offered so much more by buyers however because some of the agents take money secretly, the vendors (sellers) are unaware of the higher offers which are never put forward by the agents. Just be aware and throughly investigate this branch before you go ahead. Many more trustable agents in Cheshunt. You could get so much more for properties that you sell yet those high offers are never put forward which is a shame. Throughly investigate this branch before you go ahead

Superb!!! These guys held my deal together. They found me a buyer who made a very good offer. Their valuation was spot on and the service was brilliant. They chased things up really quickly and were super communicative. Even when my case handler was off, the next person was just as good! They kept me calm and did everything they could to help me get my move done. They come highly recommended from me and I would have no hesitation using them again if I ever move back into the area.
