Great setting with views of at Paul's so it made the atmosphere staff wete more untrested in talking to each other the only person nor was the lady making coffee outside tables a mess 2 members of staff came out eventually puck one cup each they could gave wiped the tables over tucked chairs it would have made the place so tidy .. I guess at 5pm all they wete thinking about was home time never had service at pauls like this before

While I'm not one to typically leave reviews, I felt it necessary to share my recent experience. While the croissant and coffee were great, the customer service left something to be desired. Despite visiting on a bank holiday, I don't believe that is an excuse for such a cold demeanor from the staff. In my opinion, their customer service could use some improvement

Bought two beautiful cakes to eat in with Coffee for £20. When we asked for cutlery we were confused as we were offered wooden spoons and forks. It's like giving you a glass of Bollinger in a mug! Service definitely needs to be improved. It felt like we were bothering them. Please put hand soap in the toilets as your unit on the wall is broken.
