The review here by Matthew Buer is a fabricated malicious lie. I have know Paul for twenty years and he has completed many tasks and services to our many properties. My wife and I, are landlord property owners. During this time he has attended to many of our requirements in property maintenance, plumbing and the usual "wear and tear" repairs required to keep our properties in tip-top condition. We have found the quality of his work exceptional, the attention to detail - very precise. Most importantly his prompt service allows us the ability to respond quickly to any unexpected problem(s) our tenants experience at our property. Highly recommended. Matthew Buer is a rogue "rent dodger" to one of my properties and has physically assaulted Mr. Shipton - and latterly my wife. As a consequence he is under criminal investigation by both Essex and Suffolk police. He has maliciously smashed up our property.
