I ordered a mille-feuille (from Paul in Putney High Street) for my birthday yesterday and I was really disappointed. Horrible taste, no decoration at all, flat and poor to the eye. All my guests left the piece of cake in the plate because wasn't good at all. I just spent £30.00 (also very expensive for 2 sheets of puff pastry and custard) to throw it in the bin 😔😔😔 What a shame!

The person at the till was very unhelpful when I asked specifically about how to collect loyalty points using the app - she gave me all the wrong instructions/guidance and did nothing afterwards to make things right. She obviously needs more training before she can handle her responsibilities on her own. This is truly the most disappointing experience in all the PAUL branches I've been to.

Ordered for the delivery today and they missed more than one item which I paid for did not apologise for it by sending something else instead, honestly this was my first time order and won't order again very disappointed and uber eat doesn't help either so ruined my morning.... won't recommend to anyone
