Paul Carr sent me an invitation to have my house valued so I rang and they made an appointment. On the day, no one showed up, I rang the shop only to be told that they had no record of the appointment that THEY had made. Obviously I’ll now use a different agency

Had an awful experience with the Aldridge branch of Paul Carr particularly from Michelle who clearly didn’t want us to buy a house that they were selling as she made it her mission to make everything difficult even though we were in a great position to buy and just had to find THE house. I even requested that others contact us instead of Michelle in the end but this was ignored. Would not recommend this estate agents. In regards to your comments Chris, I don’t need to contact you. The review is an honest opinion of the service we received and based on that we will avoid any houses being sold by Paul Carr in the future.
