Sarah and her team provided us with the support and care we needed not just on the day of the funeral but leading up to it as well. We required a hearse and two limo's so had six staff. All members of the team performed to a high standard, very respectful and genuine. Would highly recommend.

I am grateful to the team at Paul Capper and in particular Sarah. The circumstances surrounding the funeral were challenging. When a significant problem arose Sarah demonstrated a flexible approach, which allowed us to continue as planned. On the day Matt, and his team were professional, efficient and most importanly empathetic to our needs. Sarah introduced me to Sonja, the celebrant who undertook the funeral, creating a fantastic service. In conclusion I would wholly recomend this company.

We engaged Paul Capper at Eastleigh for the funeral arrangements for my Mother (as we had done for my late Father) as they had a Golden Charter plan with Capper's as the chosen provider. The whole experience - from Gareth coming to collect my Mother to the day of the funeral - was entirely positive. Sarah was our arranger throughout the process, and it really was like having a close family friend to take care of the arrangements. She kept in close touch, opening every conversation with "How are you feeling?", and her watchword was that we had only to pick up the phone if we needed to talk. With a special mention, also, of Gareth, all the staff were to a fault kind and caring. Quite aside from that, the arrangements were handled with utter professionalism. Five stars doesn't do the firm justice.

Nothing was too much trouble and every request and enquiry was handled expertly and timely. Sarah was brilliant all the way through and Matt the lead director on the day was also very empathetic in his handling of the situation. Paul Capper Funeral Directors have recently taken care of my Mum and I cannot praise them enough for their dedicated knowledgable Team looking after my Mum. Sarah took care of all the arrangements for the funeral kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed…but went above and beyond, making me a cup of tea whilst I sat in the chapel of rest with Mum, listening to me talk about mum and making me feel my Mum was having a short holiday with friends which gave me so much comfort. On the day Neil was in charge of the funeral and he was amazing, he treated mum with the upmost respect, talked about mum like they were old friends and just made me feel so much more comfort on a very distressing day. Neil and Sarah are an absolute asset to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone in a time of grief, you can be sure your loved one will treated beautifully just how you would want them to be.
