    Had a lovely experience at Patrizia Manias, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped me check in, took my coat and offered me a glass of water whilst I waited for my consultation. I had my haircut with Giorgia whose work I had seen online, I wanted big bouncy layers to give some life to my hair and Giorgia achieved exactly that. Really pleased with my hair and will definitely be re-booking for my next cut! Definitely recommend :)

    I am (Monty). Today I just visited patrizia mania for haircut. it was my first time in London to go for hair cut and some one recommended me to go for patizia manias it was such a bad experience for me and I would never ever recommend some one to go their because the employees were very rude to me which I never expected they just keep on asking me my age and when I ask the janet(employee🚫) age she told me that I would never be getting the thing which I am thinking which was so awkward for me at that time. Secondly, when I told I have extra small hairs on my forehead and I told her to use shaver but she was so double minded girl she kept on laughing on me and made jokes on me in her mother tongue which I didn’t understand. I was so dispersed and disappointed I would real never be going their again in life😩. Below are some of my bad hair cut pics:

    Extremely disappointed. I went for a colour one lady started my treatment then left half way to take another client. Another lady was asked to carry out the rest of my head. She then again was asked to take a walk in client. I had to waiiiit. A third person took over. Then, staff number 2 came back. Almost 3 h later I ended up witn an orange colour from roots to mid lengh and a dark brown on the rest of the head. I have never seen a disaster like that. The service was soo bad that I don't want to even go back to ask them to fix it. Service: Hair coloring
