They were late 40 minutes for pick up and offered me refund of flat rate parking fees since they did not park more than the time needed for me to get to the car. Claimed they made the refund so I would take down my previous review but the refund never came through. Lies and unprofessionalism. 0 is what they desrve honestly. I ask you to look at Mr Chris and kenneth reviews and they had the same issue promied redund but never got it. MY ADVICE IS CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.
