Excellent service. My son bought glasses which when received had a problem (human error). Not only did this optician just own up to the mistake and apologised, they allowed my son to change his mind on the frame get a different pair. The optician refused to charge the difference due from the change in frames as a gesture. They could not have been more customer friendly. Highly recommend.

Never had a problem with the optometry services provided here, always professional and great service. What has left a sour taste in my mouth is that fact I have recently seen the frames they sold me at less than half the price I paid in more than one place. I can understand a few pounds difference, but over 50% has left me feeling robbed.
