Had a copper IUD inserted here and couldn’t reccomend them more. Doctor offered me pain relief in the form of a gel and an local anaesthetic and the procedure was nearly painless. I had been really nervous so what a pleasant surprise!

I went last week for my implant replacement. I was quite nervous but the nurse was okay in reassuring me (I saw okay as I had a better experience uo north getting it inserted 3 years ago before moving to London) and she did the procedure relatively easily. I was a bit concerned on the dressing as when I finally removed the steri strips 6 days later, there's actually a blister from how tight they were, but the relocated implant has healed relatively smoothly so overall... it was okay, but in 3 years time, I am hoping I am back up north rather than still here 🤷🏼♀️

Had an implant replaced by Paula today, she went above and beyond to remove the old one which had been done too deep and was constantly checking that I was comfortable and okay! Felt completely reassured and relaxed throughout my whole appointment and would highly recommend this clinic!!

I was looking for getting my pills on time yet Patrick Doody clinic let me Down again Never experienced more unhelpful/ useless service. They cant see you in person eventhough i explained i ran out of the pills And cant pay for them in the pharmacy.. the way they spoke to me and offered random phonecall without specifying the time (i work full time and cannot use my phone at work) Now im left without my pills and the appointment to get them. What am i going to do if i fell pregnant? Ridiculous

Traumatic experience! I went there to renew my implant and the nurse was inhumane, she started putting the new implant under my skin without waiting for the anaesthetic to take effect, I was literally crying (it is very painful for someone to put an implant under the skin without anesthetic), telling her how painful it was being, the nurse replied that it was because I was agitated.. Which has nothing to do with the fact that she didn't waited for the anesthetic to kick in.. The implant was placed in a different place in my arm, so I asked the nurse how do I know that the implant is okay, her answer : 'I do this all the time, is going to be okay', there were no understanding or compassion in her tone of voice. I have been using implant for the last 9 years and it has never been a painful experience, this last time, however, has been a traumatic experience, of which I still have flashbacks.

Came alone so was a bit nervous but the lady’s working up in the clinic were the most motherly people ever. So lovely, I had a reaction to the procedure (because I tend to get quite faint) so luckily the doctor did the procedure very quick while the other nurse was asking me questions to make me feel comfortable! I had low blood pressure so had to stay there for 4 hours after but they gave me a bed and gave me lots of biscuits and kept coming in for conversation it was a huge relief because I was really worried but these people, all of them you just can’t fault them for being so friendly and accommodating. One even gave me their own lunch!

Lovely experience. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. My nurse Lynn was so friendly, well informed, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was getting my arm implant replaced. Would absolutely recommend this place.
