Was referred to them by my GP as I need my implant replaced and my gp can’t currently fit me in. I have been calling nonstop for 3 weeks to no answer. Even when you stay on the line it eventually cuts off. I have also emailed them and not to my surprise no answer. Is there no staff or something? this is ridiculous. If you are understaffed let the GPS know to stop referring people to yourselves as we’re getting no help either way. After looking at the reviews I can see it isn’t only me that has this issue! Please either answer the phone or go back to walk ins. *Update* After a very long time I have been seen by a specialist at the clinic. I was able to get a telephone appointment after emailing them. Anyone trying to get in touch may want to try this way. I have raised my review from 1 star to 3 only due to the fact the lady who did my procedure was very accommodating & absolutely lovely. It was quick and relatively painless. My healing process this time has been much smoother also, she did amazing, thank you. Wish I remembered her name!

Nurses are great, receptionists are rude and busy in their own conversations majority of the time, difficult to get your call answered, end the call often and never respond to emails. Covid killed the little customer service they had at this clinic. It's just one long chill session for the receptionists.
