Closed Sunday in the winter!!!!😨 The best chicken salad roll ever. Honestly every time we come from Marlow. It's takeaway but brilliant. Love the bread.

Lovely multigrain bread. Perfect for sandwiches. Nice to have a proper local bakery in Henley. The bacon baguette was pretty tasty too.

Upon entering the shop, it does feel like you are entering a typical bakery with a selection of displayed savoury and sweet products. However what you are buying is an upmarket product with a premium price. We purchased a tuna roll together with a coronation chicken roll followed by an Eccles cake. They were all very enjoyable especially the Eccles cake which was unlike anything I had tasted before. Please don't criticise this place for being expensive as its not your average bakery.

Just read the last review so felt I had to leave one to give balance. The patisserie reminds me of a French or German bakery, exceptionally high quality bread and cake with a nice selection of sandwiches made on baguettes. My lamb and mint choice was excellent, the bread was as good a baguette as I have ever tasted. It was £5.25 which I thought was at the top end but these are difficult times and I had been looking for a local place as I always want to support them. I would happily return as the quality was unquestionable. There were a lot of chain coffee/cake restaurants which you can choose from if that is what you prefer. My only issue was I had almost walked by as there wasn’t much signage to let me know it sold sandwiches and the counters are set back from the window.
