This is the worst product you will ever have the misfortune to buy. Bought two of these doors and have had 18 months of nightmares over build quality bad service and repairs from the north east agent, could go on and on about the bad fitting, water ingress not to mention how draftee they are, the time off work for there shoddy repairs, but will keep it short with a few facts. With regard to fitting, both doors having to return to the factory on the day of fitting for what there fitters called readjustment ? One door is fitted so tight to the plaster work it would crush a child's fingers which according to the agent is acceptable ? Sent pictures to FENSA and received an email referral to Trade and Standards. Took pictures of both NEW doors to Citizen Advice Bureau and was referred to Trade and Standards. Advised to agree to repairs. Took pictures of attempted repairs to Citizen Advice Bureau and was referred to the small claims court. No change to doors being badly fitted very draftee and still letting in the element's ? To summarise these doors are of very poor manufacture and can be dangerous ? Which according to the agent is acceptable ? What more can I say but stay well clear.
