He provided an excellent service over the phone, managed my account very professionally, billing my invoices on time and making sure he sends a follow up email. The company’s system is easy to use and for over two years I had no issues. It’s sad that my Doctor is not in business with them anymore. I will definitely miss dealing with this place. Having had a very frustrating time on the billing website as the wrong invoice number had been automatically added and it would not let me send an email via their contact page. After many phone calls you responded very quickly to a second communication to Kevin Ward's secretary. I have been working with patient billing, coming on two years, and the close working relationship I have Paritosh Haldar is strong. We communicate most days, and when ever I have an issue or problem or query, he is there solving them or guiding me in the right direction. If the query is a bit of a wait while information is gathered then there is a wait but communication is maintain between myself, Paritosh and the patient in question. If you have Paritosh on your side; you are secure and well taken care of, so treat and look after Paritosh he deserves it!
