Dreadful experience, emailed twice including their sister company, left voicemail filled in contact form on their own website and on a Facebook advert over a 2 week period . NOT ONCE DID THEY CONTACT ME. Even when this young girl picked up the phone, when I called again, she answered in an unprofessional fashion of hello or hi and not including the company name or what her own name was, giving me a poor impression of this company of it is real. I've done formal secretarial and receptionist training and I'm not happy to have given my details to them after this experience. I shall be writing to them to ask that my details are deleted. It seems they are more interested in harvesting personal information then helping me choose a course. Avoid this company like the plague!

Emma jolley my tutor is an absolute credit to this company she made me feel I could do it even when I didn’t believe in myself having not been in education for a while I was very nervous and unsure I could complete it. With the help of Emma I have now completed my level two and am working towards my level three I believe in myself again. Emma Jolley is absolutely fantastic, so supportive and there when I needed help. Starting my level 2 I was so nervous with having dyslexia but Emma made me feel at ease and I powered through in no time. Once I ran out of work to do Emma was always there and ready to provide me with more assessments to keep me busy. Not only did Emma provide me with my level 2 she also guided me onto other courses to do to build my qualifications.
