WARNING!!! Do not waste your time applying or working with the company, they are full of passive-aggressive rude staff who can’t do their jobs properly and will take it out on their own employees or any firms working with them. Also apart from that they are horrible at getting anything done and constantly lie to cover themselves. Please don’t do any B2B deals with Pathfinder, you will definitely regret it! And if your thinking about getting a job there be ready for them to waste your time and sack you out of the blue because someone has hired too many people. Never dealt with anything that even comes close to this in my life!

Devoid of integrity ! As a representative of a community group who was asked to work with this agency, I am totally disappointed and let down by the complete lack of professionalism and respect shown to would - be recruits and to the community workers and agencies who invested time and effort to work with this agency AT THEIR REQUEST to recruit staff . Disappointed and let down doesn’t begin to cover it !

Never got my breaks, had to do other people's work, got people to apply for their job so they get more staff, then when I get my break and get offered a burger, after i eat it supervisor comes up to me tells me to go home for eating it, next day told I'm fired for it. Anyone tell me how that is fair?

Terrible company to work for didn’t even pay me for all the shifts i worked was lied to about the frequency of ships to get me to take the job was then told after I took it that I had to buy my own uniform!! Absolute shambles of a company!!
