As a young professional in London, it can be overwhelming navigating the rental market; however, Pastor provided us with support throughout each step of the process. From scheduling the initial property visit, to checking-in and checking-out, the team (in our case, Spencer, Teagan, and Barbara) always provided extremely high quality service. Whether it be answering some basic questions regarding the property or handling any problems with the flat, they have always been very quick to handle any request.
