Me and my friends came into the shop today, immediately a very unwelcoming tone as the lady kept the door locked constantly and created a very elitist feeling. We were looking around and was not provided any form of assistance but others were. When asked to try a dress on (unaware that there was a parent/guardian policy) the lady with brown hair rudely replied ‘you need a parent’ and insisted on ‘letting us out’ as she is going to the back so she can’t do it later when we did not ask to leave. Very unwelcoming vibe, the sizing also on the racks was very body shaming vibes and even a slight feeling of classism

Incredible Service and manners over the phone and responded quickly to any queries. Asked for images of the dress before I ordered and pictures were sent immediately with no complaints. I ordered and received this dress from this store despite it being sold out and unavailable across majority of websites. The dress was delivered the day after I ordered it and I did not pay for express/next day delivery! It sits and fits very well and I am very pleased with this store and will be going back again for when I need dresses for future events! Thanks Pastiche xx

AVOID the woman with the brown hair, she is incredibly JUDGY, super UNHELPFUL almost like she didn’t want to help us, BODY SHAMING us, the dresses were nice tho, if only she’d let us try them on

I was amazed with the service I was given. Me and my husband went in on the day of my wedding for a replacement dress as the one I originally chose from elsewhere didn’t feel right. I rang and booked an appointment for as soon as and I was given a time within 20 minutes. She was very helpful and gave me lots of options as she does have a very wide range to choose from. She helped my find just what I was after something modest but also quite blingy. She even hand sewed and adjusted my dress at the shoulders and definitely saved the day. I will definitely be going back for future occasions.

After being a number of shops for my Daughters prom dress this one way by far the best!! The lady went above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress nothing was to much trouble,we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying, the whole experience was a dream if I could give this shop 10 stars I would ! Highly recommended and very reasonable prices thanks you so much pictures to follow x
