I was really worried going in because I had bad experiences with tattoo places before and it had been a while since I’d had my last tattoo. But as soon as I went in I felt comforted and welcomed. Sam, my tattoo artist, was really friendly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. They made sure I was okay with every step being taken. And the result was amazing! I love this place and Sam's art. I've had 2 tattoos from them and I'm already planning a third! The studio has a lovely welcoming safe vibe. Very queer and autism friendly too. I wish all tattoo studios were like this!

I've been to pastel palace twice now. Both to see Sharon to get a tattoo. I thought I'd write a review because my experiences have both been fabulous. Back in Jan when I had my tattoo it was later in the day so was empty, when I went back today, in the day it was so lovely to see the atmosphere. Staff and customers so friendly. To me, that's important, for people to make you welcome whilst you are spending your money. I felt this was such a safe place, not just for the LGBT community but also the Autistic community and I really appreciate that. Feeling safe is the most important thing to me. Sharon was amazing. She was very hygienic with tattooing me and asked me questions to make sure I'm ok which I appreciated and I appreciate the convos we have as sometimes it can be pretty awkward but it wasn't. Thank you Sharon and the Pastel Palace team for always making me feel welcome and safe.

I went there yesterday to get my navel/belly button pierced and the lady made it the most calm experience and was so lovely. I wasn’t nervous anyway but if I was I know she would have relaxed me. I fully recommend this place to get a piercing or tattoo!
