    Very poor meal. The quality of the ingredients in the "traditional Italian antipasto" were very low end. The portion of cacio and pepe was tiny. The sauce was very liquid and watery and I doubt the cheese was genuine pecorino. No Italian restaurant would call this a main course size pasta dish and no Italian chef would put their name to a watery sauce like that. I really don't understand all the reviews with 5 stars and glowing comments? Even the bruschetta lacked flavour. The only positive was the wine but the food was a major disappointment. The waitress asked if we liked it and we told her no, it was very poor. She walked off.

    We had a very nice meal with a great Negroni from the bottle to start, accompanied by little bits in proper Aperitivo style. The pasta menu is small but very good. We tried the Casio e Pepe, a superb Carbonara, Penne al Pesto. Highlight was the Pasta Pomodoro. The sauce was absolutely delicious. The owners have great plans for the beautiful place with Cooking courses and Masterclasses and we cannot wait to come back. Grazie! Highly highly recommended
