Ester was really communicative, informative and patient. Seem like a friendly team and the clinic was clean and tidy so all felt comfortable and safe. Was a tiny bit expensive but vaccinations are and as someone who is painstakingly afraid of them - I cannot recommend Ester enough...she was so gentle and it was the best needle experience I have had. She spent a long time on a detailed consultation and I feel so much more confident to travel having visited Passport Health. Thank you specifically to Ester but to the clinic and organisation too - we will be returning for boosters and future vaccinations. THANK YOU!

TIME WASTERS Booked a yellow fever vaccination here, travelled quite a way to get it done as it was the earliest date available. I cancelled my other booked appointment as I thought I would be receiving yellow fever here. I turned up after travelling for 90mins, for them to say that they didn't have any in stock! They then tried to sell me other vaccinations and anti-malarials which I had already sorted. I could not get my previous appointment back and am now having to pay £100 more than I would have done if they had given me the vaccination/told me they didn't have any in stock. Very bad service, and no apology phone call pre/post appointment
