    We have had two bathrooms installed by Passmore, both wet rooms and one with specialized equipment for disability. The work was expensive and the quality variable. Recently they failed to engage in any helpful dialogue about repairing or replacing the specialized equipment. It seems that they have no long term commitment to the client. When one wet room leaked through the ceiling due to poorly installed seals the repair was of poor quality and we will need to get someone else. Best avoided.

    Poor customer service. We spent over 7k on a very small bathroom had problems with bath leaking through the ceiling into our downstairs toilet shower pump stoped working we had wrong screen installed And when we contacted them for a replacement soft close toilet seat was told someone would ring us back it’s been 3 weeks still waiting
