    I don't post reviews EVER. However, my experience with pass me fast has been that bad I feel the need to share with others incase they're looking into it. First of all. I rang initially (I think february) and was told that I could pay a deposit. Then make the rest of the payment after a bonus I was receiving at work in March. I then got a message a few weeks later saying if I didn't pay in full I wouldn't be designated an instructor. I pleaded with them to listen to the previous call as I was misadvised about the payments but they just said yeah it's our terms. But when someone twists your arm into a sale by giving you misinformation it's not my fault I believed him. Eventually they agreed to me making a payment which left me short on money and then would allow the rest after my bonus was in. I was then designated an instructor who didn't communicate well and then when my lessons started the real fun started. My instructor messaged me just before my first lesson to cancel. With a picture of a scuffed wheel saying it needed fixing. Fair enough. Lesson 1. Instructor was 25 mins late. Dropped me off 15 mins early. Lesson 2. Instructor was 11 mins late. Ended the lesson 2 hours early due to other commitments. (I'd booked time off work). Added hours to other lessons and I moved work around more. Lesson 3. 17 mins late. Spent most of lesson trying to call doctors and not watching my driving. Blanked some questions I had due to not listening and been preoccupied. Lesson 4. 22 mins late. Lesson 5. 50 mins late. Lesson 6 and DAY OF TEST. Due to be at mine at 6 to recap everything and make sure I was test ready. Arrived at 7.23. Test was 90 mins later. Recapped some manoeuvres once as she said that's all we had time for. Went into test anxious and panicking I wasn't prepared and scraped a pass despite the examiner telling me it was very close to failing. Thought the nightmare was over and luckily had got through with a pass. I held my tongue all week as I was worried if I argued with her about the lateness that she may stop doing my lessons and mean rearranging my test. However, patience finally ran out when I was called to say there was a scrape on a wheel and I would have to send her some money to cover it. Despite her been insured for this and owing me about 4 hours worth of lessons. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say I said absolutely not and told her not to contact me again. Instructor was called Maha and I can't recommend going elsewhere for lessons more. Judging by the other reviews this isn't an isolated incident. AVOID PASSMEFAST AT ALL COSTS.

    Look elsewhere. Customer service is appalling. Was told I wouldn't find a quicker route to getting my licence, then when I paid a fortune and was assigned an instructor, he gave me a link for cancellations and I got one far quicker than my date with passmefast. Happy to pass on the link to anyone so they don't waste their time and money (AND THE EFFORT IT TAKES TO DEAL WITH RUDE CUSTOMER AGENTS) on passmefast.

    Do not use this organisation, they are a scam organisation. They don't provide lessons and instead just work out ways to postpone interaction with you and then pretend to not know what to do or what you need. They will take your money and not give it back.

    Wish there was a zero star button unfortunately I had to give one star to write this review. I paid ridiculous amount of money for a quick driving test date which they promised but I had to pay it full before they give me any date I was also suggested that I should pay for 2 additional tests so they can book me in straight after if my first test doesn’t go well. I was booked for a practical driving test which was almost 3 months away from the day I paid them and when I phoned them I was told they will be keep looking for a earlier date and it never happened. I couldn’t attend to my first test so I phoned them to book me another test but I was told that I will have to wait 8 weeks before they can book me any test and after 3 weeks they booked me in for test which was in September and 6 months later also it was in a different test centre. When I phoned them about it the woman answered the phone was extremely rude and every time I called them it felt like they don’t care about the existing student soon you paid them full amount. I had to change my test date and centre by myself and I managed to get a date which was in just 2 weeks time. I wish I knew this before I went to passmefast and paid that stupid amount of money. Today I passed my test and no credit to passmefast.

    Terrible driving school! They charge you so much money, it is double the price that you pay for private lessons. I paid this money to get an early test but didn’t even get a very early one. When I finally did get a test, I got ill a few days before the test and was not able to attend the driving lessons. My instructor did not compensate the hours or give me a refund. Those 3 hrs that I cancelled cost me £180. The 15 hr course was £1000. I was really ill and had a fit note from the hospital as I had been to the hospital several times that week and was taking really strong painkillers so I feel that I should have been given these hours back. After this, he stopped responding to my messages and refused to give me lessons as he said he was too busy. I asked pass me fast to give me compensation or do something about it and they said they have no control over what the instructor does. I cannot stress how poor the service is over the phone as well, it is very slow and when you do get through to them they say they have no control over the instructor’s decisions. They also booked me a really late test date after I had to cancel my previous one because of the illness and said they would keep looking for an earlier one, but when I called them back in a couple of months wondering they still haven’t been able to find me an earlier one they said they haven’t been looking and won’t be able to look for another test date unless I pay an admin fee.

    Terrible service - misleading customers - Unrightfully holding my money Please do not use PASSMEFAST - they have been misleading me and are unrightfully holding my money without proving any service ! They charged me £670, and assigned me an instructor who never gave me any lessons. When I asked for refund they wanted to wait 5 more working days to find another instructor, they didn't find any instructor in those 5 days and told me they will issue me a refund. They have been just delaying my refund stating that the driving instructor has the money. The driving instructor does not hold any money , I confirmed. I have been chasing them for weeks for my hard earned money without any success. This has caused me severe stress. So here I am without any lessons, having to call them several times - being mislead by customer service, and lost my £670 with fast approaching test date. Please stay away from Passmefast if you want to get lessons or your money is dear to you! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Response to Elizabeth:.You were supposed to find me an instructor or issue me a refund by 9th May 2023 as per your employees' response. I was not struggling to find time for lessons the instructor was! The instructor never showed up! Then your colleague suggested she wants 5 working days to assign a new instructor , which you were not able to do! You randomly assigned another instructor instead of paying my refund. You mentioned several times that the instructor has my money, which was obviously a misleading statement! I need my refund as promised by your employees and not some last minute instructor assigned!
