Communication and service is getting worse, quickly asked you making a payment, but after payment, even no instructor information has been confirmed, very poor customer service. I understand it is struggling for looking for the available instructor, but it should b honest. Not just took money then do nothing. Requested for money back but haven’t heard anything back yet. So just be careful before u go ahead!

Communication wasn't the best, given the current circumstances regarding lesson availability I kind of understood and stuck with them, but kept me hanging far too much with messages making out that there were possible instructors available in my area when there clearly weren't, requested a refund and I'll try my luck elsewhere. Seemed like a good idea at the time, definitely in my case a total waste of time.
