Used to think this was a great company and reccommended to all. But most recent order hasn't arrived after 5 days and now it's too late and I'll have to pay again to get pics elsewhere to meet the deadline. Giving it 2 stars as they provide a digital file and this is (apparently) a checked and fine photo to use, however, I need printed photos this time - no response to my email either. Real shame as used to be a great little business - Go elsewhere, sorry!

I used 5 years ago and it was great. This time both sets of photos were rejected holding up our application and paspics have been terrible at responding to comms, they don't pic up the phone, reply to emails or allow contact via Facebook. I've used an alternate provider but paspic will not refund fee. Terrible service, I can't believe they can get away with operating with zero customer service as so many reviews say the same.

Been using Paspic for the last 10 years, never had any problems. Great service, fast delivery, good quality and all my photos and kids always good. They might not very good at replying to you but they acknowledge and help you with it. Once my photos never came I got in touch with them, no reply and I was crossed too but few days later they resend it no questions asked and I have never changed my mind to use other but them. Thank you.

DANGER THIS IS A RIP OFF! First thing note that in these reviews they only reply to the positive reviews. If something goes wrong they WILL NOT reply to you. I have sent two emails, phoned (from Japan!) and written reviews but no response. I've received no photos from them and the digital was rejected by HMPO. You DO NOT NEED THEIR 'SERVICE.' You can easily take a photo on your phone following HMPO guidelines and you get instant feedback by HMPO. You do not need hard copies if you apply online. This is a rip off and hopefully will soon be removed from the web. Update: after contacting PayPal I was given a refund but no explanation as to what had happened. I’m sure this service works for some but not for me and we have our passport so there is no need to use them.

I’ve been trying to contact pas pic ever since I ordered my photos, they sent the hard copy and no digital link like stated, I’m doing an online application so without this I can’t move forward, no one answers the phone or the various emails I’ve sent! Someone needs to sort this poor service out!

I used the service as I believed that my photo would be checked for quality, etc prior to uploading it to the passport website. However the photo was rejected as being of poor quality. I have messaged paspic via their site but no reply has been received. I later took my own photo and uploaded it directly to the passport website and it was accepted straightaway. I can only conclude that the paspic service was a complete waste of my time and money.

Paspic makes it so simple to take a photo and produce a government regulation size photo. The process of taking the photo and submitting it to the app was easy. Very easy, quick, and inexpensive. I am more than pleased with my order. Will definitely order again if the need arises.
