Bad experience. They couldn't collect the bin a few times and I had no choice but to cancel this service. Then we have to wait two weeks for them to collect the bin. Eventually, they turn up and collect the bin but left all the excess rubbish we gathered behind. It seems they have more pen pushers than the drivers. Service: Trash removal & disposal

I have never dealt with such an unreliable, incompetent and disorganised company in all my years of business. After cancelling the contract at the end of April over repeated missed collections of up to 3 weeks the bins still remain in our unit. Notified customer services of this by telephone and email a month ago and still awaiting a response.
