SCAMMERS!! Booked a table for 26 people, Pasha took our booking and £260 deposit. Turned up for the booking to find the restaurant closed for refurbishment! No cancellation, no refund, no calls! I finally managed to get hold of restaurant after numerous calls & emails to be fobbed off continuously & even having phone put down on me. Spoke to ‘Pablo’ twice who promised a call back, nothing! I’m not the only person they done this too! They also often don’t take deposits off bills over charging people by hundreds!

Booked Pasha for a New Year’s Eve meal with my boyfriend expecting to have a lovely time. Arrived at 7:10, table booked for 7:15 and they said the table wasn’t ready so the host showed us to the bar, when our table was ready he rudely pointed at us & then ran down the stairs, we couldn’t find him so we just stood at the bottom of stairs & he came back & looked at us as if ‘where had we been’ then he rushed us over to the table, which was absolutely disgusting. The table was covered in food and spilt drink & wasn’t even set. We asked the waitress if they could clean the table, which they did but still left crumbs and sticky patches. Also there was a puddle and food on the floor next to our table which hadn’t been cleaned. We then left as we couldn’t believe the state of the table we sat at. Would not recommend Pasha to anyone & it’s a shame as I came here a few years ago & was a lovely experience so clearly has gone very downhill.

Very disappointed with Pasha. Used to be very good, headed here for NYE and waitress was very rude and even blamed me for bringing out the wrong dish! The food wasn’t great, plates were not taken away and general service was very bad. They also didn’t take a deposit off our meal also until we said so. I would avoid - couldn’t believe how bad it had gone down hill.

NEW YEARS EVE- Terrible service! Brought out a kids meal instead of an adults. Charged for drinks that never got brought out and to top it off we paid a £70 deposit on booking but never took it off the bill. Absolutely disgusting!

2 stars for the excellent food. Lost 3 stars for the atmosphere. They sat us (table of 2) right next to a party of about 12 people one side and 7 the other side meaning we couldn’t hear ourselves talk and had to leave early. Shame the restaurant was laid out in that way as the food and service was very nice and we would have stayed longer

Ate at Pasha tonight and was very much looking forward to it however it was a disappointing visit. The speed of service from starters being finished to mains being served was far to quick and is a bit off-putting as you feel rushed and a bit unwelcome. Hot Meze Sharing Platter was very good (see picture). By contrast when we ordered a round of cocktails these took an age to arrive and when they did they were spilled on the tray before we got to taste them. Having waited so long we cancelled them and paid the bill (again took a long time to organise it and deposit wasn't taken off at first either). In fairness to the restaurant the cocktails made at the 2nd attempt were offered to us at no charge which was a decent gesture given the long wait for them.

We had not booked for a Saturday night but it was early so we were able to have a table. We we’re greeted at the door by someone on the phone talking to another customer which we found a bit rude. The music was quite loud and we asked to sit somewhere that was a bit quieter. He offered to turn the music down which was good. Drinks took a while to come and then the food was ordered. I had requested 2 things to be changed to my meal and the young lad wrote it down but unfortunately my food arrived as per the menu. Just as well I didn’t have an allergy. So it was returned and my husband then had to wait for my meal so we could eat together. Overall the food was ok but pretty much bog standard Turkish food. Nothing to say wow about. Quite pricy I thought £8.50 for a small bowl of mushrooms and a bit of cream. The staff need to listen to orders and pay a bit more attention to what’s going on around them.
