Such a beautiful venue, very smart. Lovely experience for children to go to such a top venue. Unfortunately we have now had two shows cancel on us with very little notice (an email 2 days before, no phonecalls or texts). The staff can also be very barky and short. Have lost two lots of lorry booking fees. When I wrote to voice a viewpoint and ask for detail to check over emails sent I was officially uninvited from the venue ‘based on your stated experience and the level of distrust shown, it is evident that Parwood Equestrian is not the right competition centre for you’. So don’t for heavens sake complain because you won’t be welcome back!
