Was Looking Long and hard for a small itx case that would fit my needs for years contacted parvum systems about there X2.0 case as i wanted a distro plate made for a watercooling loop and they made it all happen. i will be using these again when i decide to upgrade. now if you cant be patient then dont order, you got to understand this company deals with custom and they are only a 2 person small family business.

Ordered a case and due to time to ship requested the order be cancelled. A refund was agreed to and promised with a 24-48hr timeframe, three weeks later and two emails ignored and I have not received my refund. Now I am left to try and reclaim the funds through my credit card company and/or the small claims court as a thank you for excercising my consumer rights.

Unexpected (Unexpected)
I've been waiting 3 months now on my case and after a lot of mails I sometimes I get a response, most of the time I do not get one. When they finally do send the case, they forget half of the order, and it takes another few weeks of waiting on them to realise they aren't coming and after thee mails still no answer!!! Outrageous!!!
