Bad experience from company and DPD delivery. Did not get nominated delivery date, chose to change location but didnt get received. 1 balloon turnt up 5 days late, other one on different van apparently which still have not recieved but apparently can be delivered at different times even though ordered together! No concern from any staff. Waste of my money.

Order if you want to throw your money down the drain & never receive your order! Ordered inflatable balloons & a banner for my son's 10th birthday, paid extra for named day delivery (a Friday) - got notification that it was delayed (supposed to be via DPD, Partyrama's choice of courier, not mine, I didn't get any option) and to expect next day (Saturday). Saturday came and went, no delivery. Sunday we get a message saying they can't deliver that day either and it would be Monday. By Monday I requested a refund on my entire order - it was supposed to be on Friday, which I paid EXTRA for, so it was all in time for my son's birthday? Absolutely shocking service (or lack of it). Please don't waste your time and money ordering from here only to be completely disappointed like I was - and my son was. He's also autistic and doesn't know why his birthday balloons didn't show up in the post :( I'm so upset and disappointed, but if I can help to stop others feeling the same way after ordering from this sham company then at least that's something. Please, please shop elsewhere.

Ordered a life size cardboard cut out for a party, paid extra for next day delivery and did not receive. It's been 3 days since I ordered it and still nothing, after emailing them I was told it would be delivered today 26/10/22 and still didn't receive it. Party's been and gone now, complete waste of money.

Found this little gem of a place last week, we needed some urgent black paper table covers for a family reunion party, I ordered 12 on the website, really good value as well . I was swiftly contacted next day by Clare who advised that they only had 7 in stock but suggested an alternative, which was a black damask roll, which we could work with on the tables. Clare’s communication has been brilliant, I had next day delivery and this order was all faultless! I will use Partyrama again, and recommend to my family for any more partys!
