    Incredibly rude and appalling customer service. Had very limited stock and the older lady was patronising and condescending to us, with other people in the shop watching. We left without purchasing anything. Luckily for us, Party Crashers was around the corner in Kensal Rise. They were absolutely amazing and saved our last minute event.

    Rude customer service from a woman when collecting the items - ordered us to wait outside the shop in a very abrupt way (we had a small toddler with us too). Balloons also went down within 24 hours of pick up, which was ridiculous. Shame as when we first ordered the balloons the young lady who served us was very lovely and helpful.

    Absolutely ridiculous they’re not flexible at all bought I bunch of balloons had to make it another date for a week ahead , tried to call several times nobody pick up the phone , got there on the day before (Friday )at 1pm I was meant to pick up the balloons only Saturday 3:30 , half of my balloons were already inflated , The lady said I would have to pay a difference for the inflated balloons if I wanted to make another date absolutely ridiculous wasted my time and money no refund or exchange. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
