The store owner was really helpful and kind. When I went in there to buy some foil balloons to be inflated with helium, he educated me on the different types of balloons and even gave great advice for future events I might use them for. Even with the whole struggle from COVID his store survived through and is now thriving through the party season, and gave me a little discount when things got a little too pricey. Definitely go back whenever I need decorations or outfits again!
