Everything was perfect. I ordered balloons on Wednesday, for delivery on Friday, to a hotel. Courier was DPD. They arrived on time and were gorgeous! I will say I was worried when I saw all the negative reviews but I'm glad I took the chance on Party Save Smile and am 100% satisfied! 3 balloons + next day deliver for £30 can't beat that value.

Awful experience. I ordered a balloon and paid for next day delivery. There is also an option to put the event date which I had been playing around with but thought paying the extra for 1 day delivery would override this. It arrived 4 days later and when I messaged the company (also saying that my family are going through an awful time) they said it was in time for the ‘event’ with no acknowledgment of our circumstances. If you can find a nicer and less underhand company, I would go with them rather than Party Save Smile (Hell Spend Frown)

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU EXPECT YOU ORDER TO ARRIVE ON TIME!!! Terrible customer service!! Do not order from here if you expect your order to be delivered on time! I order on Thursday evening and paid £13.95 for delivery before 12pm midday, I am sat here on Monday after 12pm and still no delivery! DPD have only just been informed of my order and are now only just going to pick it up! The order will be too late now so a waste of time and there is no one to answer the phone so you are left to leave an email!!
