Buyer beware the receipt is misleading they don't accept no refunds even it is not fancy dress, sadly there has been a death in the family so no birthday took place it is 14 days today and I called and even the lady told me.yes you can refund and I really didn't want to cry but the manager made me cry just now when I had to explain why I want to refund, very greedy I wanted to always use this shop but I do no recommend God is watching and it is sad to know there are heartless people like that it isn't even for money I just don't want to have nothing to remind me of that day, the hiluim cannister and number 1 signs balloons etc.. still I ask God to forgive these people

Totally and utterly unacceptable , The Lady behind the counter Followed us around as if If we were going to shoplift, When I was going to buy something she rudely stated that I couldn’t purchase this inflatable sub-machine gun, I understand the £5 card limit but that doesn’t mean you have the right to be rude!!! Moreover, I offered to take it back to the stand but she looked disgusted at me and said she would do it herself, She then watched us exit the store with her beady eyes, Me and my friends were appalled by this women’s behaviour and will never return to this excuse for a store. NEVER GO HERE

Extremely poor service from rude lady who refused to give me a refund for faulty Christmas lights I purchased at the party hub despite me having a receipt. Flatly refused to give a refund and wouldn't even let me exchange for the same set. Scam shop that should be shut down.

The owner of the shop was very rude.. he didnot even let me touch the stuff, the owner spoke with me very rudely infront of my 7 years old daughter.. I wouldn't recommend this place for shopping.. specially when you are with ur kids... plz AVOID THIS SHOP!!!

Terrible place, shocking experience followed round the shop by the lady behind the till like i was a shoplifter brought £36 of goods needed to return some of the unused packaged items next day with receipt no exchange or refund offered really rude and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
