We did not receive all of the items requested for our event and when asked for a refund on those items the co-ordinator we were dealing with was very rude and insulting towards us. Opposed to a polite explaination as to why we could not receive a partial refund he wrote an offensive email. I am actually disgusted with the tone and language used. It was completely unprofessional I would not recommend using this company as you will not receive all the items you pay for and will be insulted by the co-ordinator.
