    Balloons arrived on time and in right place ..which was a positive !! … but not as i had requested at all .. had been told on phone to write in notes section how i would like the balloons made up ..into 3 groups of 3 balloons and specified which balloons in each group etc. etc .. they came as one big bunch with the extra weights bought in a carrier bag ,
