I am putting this in the Chronicle and naming and shaming these con artists. Do not book a party. You have been warned. They have 2 stars and that is only because you have to give a min of 1. I am having to go to small claims for my money back as they wont reply, they couldn’t care less. worse thing ive ever experienced in my life. It’s disgusting service especially for a child.They need closing down.

    They are extremely unprofessional. They took ages to respond, I then kept having to repeat information once they did. Then they told me times were available which after I confirmed my booking they informed me - by messenger -weren’t . Their booking staff have no authority so anything they confirm cannot be relied on. They let me down badly. I have booked with Phoenix party buses instead- and they were very professional, easy to book with and cheaper!

    Shambles of a company, needs 0 stars but do not have the option. We were told that alcohol would be provided then told the company had changed hands and this was now not the case even though noone had informed us of this. They advertise karaoke but what you are not told is that this can be only used when stationary as the driver needs to operate it. You do not travel for the whole time and out of the hour we paid for we travelled for around 20 minutes! Not worth the money at all.
