Definitely do NOT recommend this company. Awful customer service and they have been ignoring every message. Came into the shop back in March to buy some balloons and still not had the refund I was promised. I purchased 2 balloons for my sons 1st birthday and walked straight back to the car, but by the time I’d got there the one balloon looked deflated so I went back to the shop and they swapped it for a different one. On the drive home the balloon started to look really sad and deflated again so I send them a message straight away when I got home including pictures and got a response pretty quickly offering a refund and asked for my bank details which I sent over straight away. I’ve sent several messages to them over Facebook and they are just reading them and ignoring me, it’s now been 2 months and still don’t have a refund from them. The fact is I paid for a service which I never received. I ended up having to rush round last minute to find another balloon from a different shop. Don’t buy from the party box unless you want awful customer service and products that don’t last. They definitely don’t care about their customers. 😡

These guys are so amazing - £9.99 for the whole of this balloon - including weight, personalised name, extra balloons and fancy ribbon. Cannot fault them! Balloon is done to perfection definately worth travelling to these!!! 😍 LOVE IT. Situated in the shopping centre by sports direct and wilkos end, so located perfectly to other carparks which is so handy when buying big bulky balloons. They also stock a range of multicoloured numbers far more than any other party shop by a mile off👌
