Clean. friendly staff. But way overpriced. Charging for adults is a joke especially when most adults will spend at the cafe! And a minimum spend of £5 too. Sadly won’t come again until the prices are lowered

Pretty clean but very overpriced… £25.15 for my 2 kids and not sure if that includes some kind of charge for me it was raining so the kids couldn’t use the outdoor area although we clearly still paid for the use of this and we arrived at 3 with a closing time of 430 I wasn’t aware of the closing time the member of staff on the way In did tell me but there is clearly no reduction in price for only 1 and a half hours play… I went to buy if of juice for £2.90 and the minimum card payment is £5! It isn’t very busy but I would guess that is because of the price I won’t be coming back there is cheaper play centres of similar size to go to

You know what, as a play centre you can’t argue with its standards as far as “play facilities” go and it’s definitely true to comments in being very clean. What I can’t get my head round though is charging adults, never have and never will. You also say in your feedback to some of the posts that your extortionate food and drink prices reflect on the general price of running the place which has gone up over the years, but I think you need to choose one or the other. Charge adults and have fair prices for food and drink or don’t charge adults and have your expensive prices. £3.75 for a cup of “chunky”chips was just ridiculous and then a minimum spend of £5 for card machine to get my kids a snack afterwards. Just for your information, your chips are just £1 less than Ewe down the road and £1.25 more than La Scala also close by. Stop exploiting your customers, it’s really disappointing.
