Check your receipts. Twice I’ve been overcharged in here. I don’t know if they do it on purpose? Rather than £16.99 they put £18.99…They were friendly about it when I pointed it out but also tried to tell me a discount wasn’t applicable when their singable clearly said it was. They eventually agreed with me and gave me the difference in change. Also check expiry dates - One painting set I bought as a gift was completely dried up 👎
